Other protest documentation tools charge $50-$80 to generate your protest documentation, while full-service professional protest services take 25 to 40 percent of whatever they save you, every single year. We believe everyone should have the tools to protest their own appraisal for free, so that is exactly what we do. We do not charge Texas homeowners and we never will.
Running the site is not free for us, though. Donations are completely optional and go straight back into the project.
